Here’s the gist
→ At least one planning meeting via phone call to talk about all of your ideas, go over photography details, and get to know one another.
→ A detailed elopement questionnaire to get us all on the same page for your big day. I send this over two months before your big day.

→ Unlimited access to me via email - please message me any time! I love being kept in the loop with anything from big decisions to the littlest details. And I’ll always be here to lend an extra opinion or a listening ear.

Whether that means a relaxed ceremony with family in the mountains, a full weekend getaway to your dream destination, or an epic two day backpacking adventure into the wilderness - are you ready make those memories last a lifetime? Package One
Full Day Adventure
This package is best for: the full experience! Your special day documented beautifully from start to finish. Getting ready moments, first look, ceremony, exploring for photos in various scenic locations (or one big adventure), and celebrating.
Up to 8 hours of coverage
For example: 2 hours of getting ready with writing your vows, making coffee together, relaxing and prep moments in the morning. 4 hours to hike for your private ceremony on a remote mountaintop. 2 hours to celebrate with a golden hour lakeside dinner and canoe paddling.

Ultimate Adventure
This package is best for: couples wanting to go all-out for the best two days of their lives! Dreaming of going on an amazing adventure together, exploring multiple locations, and celebrating with family? This package gives you the best of both worlds. The sky is the limit.
Up to 12 hours of coverage, usually split between two consecutive days.
For example: 6 hour helicopter landing and glacier lake paddling elopement on day one, 6 hour intimate wedding and catered dinner at a luxury forest cabin on day two.

Half Day Adventure
This package is best for: couples looking for a simple, scenic and stress-free elopement experience. The most important moments of your day will be fully documented in whichever beautiful locations you choose.
Up to 5 hours of coverage
For example: 5 hours dedicated to your solo adventure in the mountains! Arrive at a remote summit, say your vows during dreamy golden hour light, then celebrate with a scenic picnic for two.

With your 2024-2025 wedding or elopement booking, you can add an engagement session for 20% off! This is the perfect opportunity to get to know one another, while also documenting some beautiful moments for your save-the-dates.

Add 35mm film to your photography package for all of the nostalgic, romantic vibes. This is highly customizable, inquire for details!

If you’re looking to print your photos (woohoo!) I’ve made the process as easy as possible for you.
Once your final online image gallery is delivered, you can order prints of any size and photo products (professional quality albums, canvases, cards, etc) directly from your gallery.

Taking advantage of this brand new offer will mean that your wedding gallery gets moved to the top of my editing queue. Turnaround for your final image gallery will be only 7 days instead of the standard 6-8 weeks! This is available for a flat $700 fee.

Adding a second photographer to your intimate wedding booking is a great way to ensure that every single moment is captured from multiple angles.
Bonus: candid cocktail hour interactions will be fully documented while I capture your family portrait groupings.
(A second photographer is only recommended for weddings, and is not necessary for elopements).

Thinking about breaking your day into two parts? This is super common! For example: You could opt to hike a mountain for your sunrise private vows, take a mid-day break, and then resume photography coverage for a ceremony and celebration with family in the evening.
Split coverage is a flat fee that allows you to break your photography coverage into two parts. (Split coverage is already built into “The Two Day Adventure” package).
Adventure Sessions
Perfect for engagements, anniversaries, post-wedding day adventures, and more. The possibilities are endless: hike up to an amazing summit at sunrise, picnic in a wildflower field, paddle out to an island, explore a few locations that are meaningful to you as a couple, etc.
Your memories are so much more than just a photoshoot. Let’s ditch the stiff, awkward poses. Because that’s not you, right? Pack some beers or wine, bring the dogs, and wear comfy shoes. You’re going to have a good time!
Adventure sessions (2 hours+) start at $1200
Includes: A custom online gallery with high resolution images ready to download & share, and unlimited planning assistance with crafting your adventure session. Travel fees may apply for destination sessions.

How to get started
Step One
Inquire. We chat about all of the things that are important to you! Once you’ve gotten in touch, we’ll set up a time to chat. I’ll also run through how the booking process works, what to expect leading up to the day, initial location ideas that are likely to fit your vision, and so much more.
Step Two
Book the date. We make it official! Once the contract is signed and 50% retainer is paid, your date is officially booked. Immediately after booking, you’ll receive an email with a “get to know you” questionnaire, the elopement planning guide, and local vendor recommendations to help you get started with plans.
Step Three
Make plans. Before the big day, we can schedule as many planning calls as you like. Then, a few months beforehand, I’ll send you the “elopement day questionnaire” so that we can hash out all of the important final details together. This way, you two can simply relax and enjoy your epic wedding day with no stress.
Step Four
Enjoy your best day. We’ll meet up for your big day in that beautiful location that you chose together! Then, you’ll spend the day celebrating in a way that reflects what you love. Pretty epic way to get married, right? A sneak peek gallery is sent your way within 5 days, and then your final gallery is delivered within 6 weeks.
