Cadini di Misurina Day-After Session | A Two-Day Elopement in the Dolomites

Ilonka and Jurriën’s two-day elopement in the Dolomites was truly the best of both worlds…and before I lose you with the clichés, let me explain. From the very beginning, they envisioned an intimate gathering with their loved ones for the ceremony portion of their big day, followed by a solo adventure into some of the Dolomites’ most epic peaks.

These two are proof that you don’t have to compromise anything when you plan an elopement! Want to invite your friends and family? Amazing. Want to have a completely private experience? Perfect. And then, there’s something right in the middle - which is what Ilonka and Jurriën flawlessly planned.

Day one (not pictured in this blog post!) included their ceremony, aperitivo hour, dinner and celebrating with family at the lovely Ciasa Salares located in Alta Badia. Day two (highlighted here) was an incredible morning trek to Cadini di Misurina - where the clouds magically parted ways and spoiled us with pristine views of this iconic Dolomites gem.
