Spring Engagement Session on the Appalachian Trail

Nestled in the gorgeous Appalachian Mountains, right on the border of North Carolina and Tennessee, is the ever-popular Max Patch. This spot on the Appalachian Trail is very well loved for a reason! The vast, panoramic layered mountain views are like something out of a dream, and it’s also super easy to access. No thru-hiking required (unless you want to 😉)

Picture this: you and your partner begin hiking up the easy forest trail together. As you go, you're surrounded by the flowers and trees of all colors starting to bloom. When you reach the top, you’re greeted with the incredible view of hills stretching out before you, bathed in the warm glow of the setting sun.

This is exactly what Kristen & Conner’s springtime engagement session looked and felt like!

While you're enjoying the magic up there the mountains, remember to take care of this special place. During any photo sessions, we always make sure to leave it just as beautiful as we found it (following all Leave No Trace principles) so others can continue to enjoy it too!
